SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase our program, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our program, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – NetStudy, LLC

Our program is hosted on NetStudy, LLC. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through NetStudy’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECTION 5 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENT

• By logging in and starting the course materials, you hereby consent to the charges for the program to which you’ve enrolled.
• The single payment option will result in a single charge being made on the credit card supplied either on the date you enrolled or the next business day following.
• The 4 pay option will result in 4 installment charges being made on the credit card supplied with the first installment occurring on either the date you enrolled or the next business day and the following three payments being charged 30 days, 60 days and 90 days later.
• The annual renewal fee will be billed on your anniversary date in each year subsequent to the year in which you enroll in the course, absent 30 day written notice of your intent to discontinue use of the program.

SECTION 6 – ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

All users hereby acknowledge the materials provided herein are for the express purpose of education and are not to be duplicated without the express written permission of CSSCS.

All users hereby acknowledge that the username and password is supplied for their exclusive use only and is not to be shared with or used by any other individuals

All users hereby acknowledge that the materials are not intended to replace tax advice when needed and individual tax questions should be directed to a CPA.

All users agree that failure to abide by these terms will result in immediate expulsion from the program and a loss of credentials to access the materials.
