About the Board

The CSSCS Board of Standards is a non-profit organization which fosters professional standards in the Social Security advice arena by setting and enforcing the requirements for CSSCS certification, including:

• Education
• Examination
• Experience
• Ethics

Individuals who successfully complete the CSSCS Board of Standard’s initial and ongoing certification requirements are authorized to use the CSSCS certification marks.
